Mission Statement

The Nickelodeon Archives and Library (NAL)’s mission is to collect, organize, and preserve the physical and digital assets of Nickelodeon Animation Studio. The small but mighty team strives to chronicle the history and culture of Nickelodeon Studios, including assets from our first three Nicktoons (Rugrats, The Ren & Stimpy Show, and Doug) through the 90s, 00s and today. The gorgeous gallery space inside Nick Animation’s headquarters in Burbank displays some of their precious collections as well as serves as a reference library for Nick’s new generation of employees.
