Love the world of storytelling? So do we! An internship at Nickelodeon can launch you on an exciting, fun-filled career in children’s entertainment. Nickelodeon produces hits like SpongeBob SquarePants, MiddleMostPost, The Casagrandes, Santiago of the Seas, Big Nate…just to name a few!

Here at Nickelodeon, we don’t have interns. We have “NICKterns”! Our NICKternship is a true mentorship program where you (insert your name here!) will get the chance to immerse yourself in meaningful projects and become a valuable part of the team. The NICKternship is a 10-week summer internship program, providing mentorship and experience for NICKterns in work readiness preparation. If you are an undergraduate student, master’s student, or recent graduate within 6 months, we want YOU as a NICKtern! Benefits to being a NICKtern? Forging strong working relationships with studio executives, creatives, and artists, honing your skills alongside incredible studio talent, working on projects that you are passionate about, and having a front row seat to the creative process of some of your favorite Nick shows, Cause… that’s part of your job! When you are a NICKtern, you make an impact!

Program Description

DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO APPLY?
Applicants should be enrolled in relevant coursework. Whether its a 4 year program, an online course, or something in between, we accept all kinds of students. No matter what major or year you are, all are welcome to apply!
WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?
A Nickelodeon employee will reach out by phone or email to schedule an interview. During the interview, department or show leads will ask you questions about your experience to learn more about you!

WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN MY RESUME/CV?
Your resume should have relevant information and experience to the internship you are applying for.
WILL I RECEIVE FEEDBACK FOR MY APPLICATION?
Due to the high volume of submissions to our Program, we are unable to provide you with such feedback.
IS THE NICKTERNSHIP PROGRAM FULLTIME?
The summer internship is a full-time 10-week commitment.
